Bazhou Handsome Furniture Co., Ltd. (Handsome Furniture) was established in 2009 in Bazhou, Hebei-a key hub of China's furniture industry-and operates with a comprehensive supply chain.
Starting as an OEM manufacturer, the company subsequently expanded into overseas markets and established an in-house R&D team to launch ODM customization solutions, ultimately evolving into a comprehensive enterprise integrating design, production, and global sales.

Our Factory
We are a professional office chairs manufacturer based in Bazhou City, Langfang, Hebei Province-a renowned furniture industry hub in China with a comprehensive supply chain ecosystem. Our facility spans over 10,000 square meters and is equipped with state-of-the-art production machinery and standardized assembly lines.
With a stable daily production capacity of 1,500 to 3,000 chairs, we are fully equipped to handle everything from small-batch trial orders and medium-scale procurement to large-volume orders, ensuring consistent quality and reliable delivery schedules for global clients.
Our factory features dedicated workshops for frame production, upholstery sewing, foam filling, product assembly, and professional quality inspection. This segmented production process prevents cross-contamination, standardizes workflows, and significantly enhances production stability and efficiency.
All chair frames are manufactured in strict accordance with ISO 9001 standards, utilizing reinforced structures and heavy-duty stitching techniques to ensure superior load-bearing capacity and durability. Leather chairs feature premium water- and scratch-resistant leather, while gaming and mesh chairs utilize high-resilience, breathable foam and high-grade mesh fabrics. All materials are selected to minimize daily wear and tear, alleviate fatigue from prolonged sitting, and reduce after-sales replacement costs for buyers.
We implement a closed-loop quality inspection system throughout the entire production process. Every stage-from raw materials, hardware components, and semi-finished goods to the final product-undergoes strict scrutiny.
Finished chairs must pass professional tests covering stability, load-bearing capacity, wear resistance, and safety. Any non-conforming products are rejected prior to shipment, ensuring high-quality delivery for every order.

Fabric & Leather Cutting - Premium Materials, Precisely Cut
Only premium fabrics and leather make it onto our cutting table.
Our cutting workshop is equipped with 4 professional electric cutting knives. Technicians follow patterns with strict accuracy, maximizing material utilization while minimizing waste. Grain, texture, and color consistency are carefully checked for every panel-guaranteeing a visually unified finished product.
Cutting tolerance is controlled at the millimeter level, providing 100% qualified base materials for the sewing stage.

25 industrial sewing machines, operated by a team of seasoned technicians, handle cushions, backrests, armrests, and all other key upholstery components.
We use reinforced stitching techniques and heavy-duty seams with even, straight stitches-built to resist unraveling and deformation over years of daily use. From leather pattern alignment at the seams to corner shaping, every detail reflects our obsession with handcraft.

Carpentry - Solid Wood Components, Crafted to Last
Our dedicated woodworking workshop is fitted with copy lathes, vertical milling machines, routers, planers, and sanders-purpose-built for processing solid wood armrests, backrests, and five-star bases.
From rough cutting to fine finishing, every drilled hole and every sanded curve follows strict process standards. Wood moisture content is carefully controlled to prevent cracking or warping, ensuring wood components that stay beautiful for years.
Upholstery & Covering - Comfort You Can See and Feel
Skilled upholsterers combine high-resilience foam with pre-cut fabric or leather, using precise hand-stretching techniques to shape cushions and backrests that are full, firm, and visually refined.
We obsess over every corner alignment and every wrinkle. Whether it's the premium texture of a genuine leather executive chair or the breathable fit of a mesh task chair, the upholstery stage is where the product earns its first impression.

Metal Cutting & Punching - The First Step in Frame Production
Our frame workshop is equipped with professional cutting machinery and 48 sets of pneumatic tools, processing steel tubes and plates with high precision.
Laser positioning and automated feeding ensure every metal component is cut to exact length with clean, burr-free edges. This fundamental step directly determines the precision of all downstream bending, welding, and assembly operations.

Precision Punching - Accuracy Down to the Millimeter
Specialized punching machines create precise holes for assembly joints, adjustment points, and mounting positions-a critical process with zero room for error.
Our high-accuracy hole placement and smooth hole walls guarantee tight, stable assembly of armrests, bases, and gas lifts. Every screw fits exactly where it should. This is where durability begins, and where our attention to detail truly shows.
Tube Bending - Even Metal Deserves an Elegant Curve
CNC tube benders cold-form metal tubes into ergonomic curves tailored to each chair model.
Whether straight, arched, or a custom-shaped frame, every bend accurately follows the design specification. This step defines whether the chair meets ergonomic standards and whether the frame can reliably support its load.

Frame Welding - The Core of Load-Bearing Strength
All metal frames are welded using CO₂ gas-shielded welding by certified welders.
Weld seams are full and solid-free of porosity, slag, or cracks after rigorous inspection. Every chair frame is produced in strict accordance with the ISO 9001 quality management system, combining reinforced structures with heavy-duty stitching to deliver outstanding load-bearing capacity and long service life.

Surface Cleaning - A Final Polish Before Packaging
Every finished chair goes through a detailed cleaning process before packaging.
Technicians use professional tools and cleaners to carefully remove stains, loose threads, adhesive residue, and fingerprints-ensuring each product reaches the end user in pristine condition.
This is the step most factories skip. We don't.
Packaging - Built for Safe Arrival, Every Time
We use thickened corrugated cartons with custom foam and corner protectors, meeting export packaging standards. 5 professional strapping machines and an experienced packing team handle order-specific kitting, instruction manuals, and certificates.
Every carton is labeled with specifications and shipping marks, so overseas buyers can receive, inventory, and shelve with ease. From production line to shipping container, we protect every chair for its long journey ahead.
