Office Chair

Office Chair Manufacturing for Wholesalers, Distributors and Furniture Brands

Handsome Furniture manufactures office chairs in Bazhou, Hebei. We started as an OEM supplier in 2009 and now run our own design and pattern-making team, which means an exclusive chair for your brand can go from a hand-drawn sketch to a sealed sample without leaving the factory. Buyers in more than 100 countries order from us, and the same line handles both a full container and a mixed trial run.

What We Build

The office chair range covers what importers actually order. Task and mesh chairs use breathable mesh backs with Y-shaped lumbar frames over high-resilience foam. Leather and executive models use premium PU leather over dense foam with chrome-plated bases, reclining to 155 degrees. We also build drafting stools with adjustable backrests for studio counters and standing desks, visitor and conference seating, reclining chairs with retractable footrests, and home office chairs for the residential market.

How the Chairs Are Made

Every frame is cut, punched and bent in our own metal workshop, with CNC tube bending and CO2 gas-shielded welding by certified welders, then covered on 25 industrial sewing machines and cut on 4 electric knives. Gas lifts, castors and mechanisms are graded by tier. Our standard quotation is built on a mid-spec configuration: SGS Class 2 gas lift, EN 1335-certified mechanism, 135-degree recline. Each finished chair is re-checked for stability, load-bearing capacity, wear resistance and safety, and units that fail are pulled before shipment.

Certification and Capacity

Production runs to ISO 9001, and BIFMA, EN 1335 or SGS documentation is available on request depending on your market. Tell us the target market, the spec level and the order volume, and we will quote the matching configuration.
