Core Manufacturing Processes

  • Wooden Children's Chairs: Crafted from stable timber (such as beech) using traditional woodworking techniques; components are sanded smooth to eliminate burrs and assembled with hardware, resulting in a robust structure resistant to cracking.
  • Folding Metal Children's Chairs: Feature seat support plates processed in sections and support frames formed via stamping and bending; utilize sheet-metal connecting plates and welded nuts for assembly, ensuring high load-bearing capacity.

Mandatory Safety Technical Specifications
Current compliance is based on GB 28007-2024 "Safety Technical Specifications for Furniture for Infants and Children," which becomes mandatory on January 1, 2026, covering children's chairs for the 0–14 age range:

  • Structural Requirements: All accessible edges and corners must be rounded or beveled; hole dimensions must prevent entrapment injuries; and folding mechanisms must be equipped with devices to prevent accidental locking.
  • Special Requirements: High chairs for children must pass specific tests regarding restraint systems, stability, and locking mechanism durability; the use of voice-controlled height adjustment mechanisms is prohibited.
  • Hazardous Substance Limits: Must comply with the relevant provisions of GB 18584-2024.
